E RIDE PRO PARTS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Thank you for choosing E RIDE PRO. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

E RIDE PRO offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible accessory items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee, with a minimum charge of USD $10 per accessory item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Returnable Electronic Components

All electronic components are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless approved under E RIDE PRO's Warranty Policy.

Electronic components include, but are not limited to:
Batteries
Motors
Controllers
Chargers
Displays
Wiring Harnesses
Sensors
Bluetooth Modules
Other electronic or electrical components

If E RIDE PRO ships an incorrect electronic component, the item may be exchanged if unused and in original condition.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact E RIDE PRO immediately for assistance.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees.

5. Special Order Items

Special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, clearance, and discontinued items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

6. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by E RIDE PRO in advance. To request a return, please contact us at support@eridepro.com

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

7. Inspection & Final Determination

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Please allow up to five (5) business days for inspection and processing.

E RIDE PRO reserves the right to determine product condition, return eligibility, warranty eligibility, and applicable fees.

By placing an order with E RIDE PRO, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
