ERIDEPRO Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

E Ride Pro provides a limited warranty for products purchased through authorized U.S. distribution channels. This warranty covers functional defects resulting from manufacturing issues in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions.

Warranty begins on the original purchase date.

Warranty period is 12 months.
An additional 5 days is added to compensate for shipping time.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 


 

2. Warranty Duration

The following components are covered for 12 months:

· Battery

· Motor

· Controller

· Frame

Consumable parts are covered for 30 days for manufacturing defects:

· Suspension components

· Brake system components

· Tires / wheels

· Chain / belt

· Brake pads and other wear items

 


 

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

· Proof of purchase

· Product serial number (VIN / SN)

· Description of the issue

· Photos or videos documenting the defect

Incomplete documentation may delay or void the claim.

 


 

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

· Normal wear and tear

· Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-OEM parts directly related to the failure

· Misuse, abuse, improper operation, or poor maintenance

· Racing, stunts, extreme riding, commercial use, rental use

· Water damage, fire, collision, or natural disasters

 


 

4.1 Effect of Modifications on Warranty

If the modification is not related to the failure → warranty remains valid.
If the modification caused or contributed to the failure → warranty is void for that issue.

Examples:

Covered:
Installing aftermarket handlebars → battery failure unrelated

 

Not Covered:

 Example: Install nonOEM controller → Motor damaged → Claim denied.  

Example: Frame repaint reassembly error → Loose controller screw overheats/melts →

Claim denied.  

Example: Brake hose misrouted → Rubs against spokes  and tires and fails → Claim denied.  

 

 


 

5. Warranty Claim Process

Customers may receive general support by phone or email, but all official claims must be submitted via the B2C warranty claim form.(www.eridepro.com/contact/B2C warranty claim form)

Bikes sold by dealers must have warranty claims submitted by the dealer via the Dealer warranty claim form. (www.eridepro.com/contact/B2B warranty claim form)

EridePro will perform an initial review within 3 business days after receiving complete documentation.
Additional documentation may be requested if materials are incomplete.

High-value components (battery, motor, controller) may require return testing.
Approved warranty cases → repair or replacement and shipping covered by EridePro.
Non-warranty cases → cost borne by customer or dealer.

 


 

6. Safety Policy

If the battery, controller, or motor shows:

· Unusual odor

· Smoke

· Abnormal heat

· Signs of thermal runaway

Stop use immediately, disconnect power if safe, move the bike to a safe area, and contact EridePro support.

 


 

7. Legal Statement
Manufacturers may not void warranty for unrelated modifications.
This policy does not restrict consumer rights under applicable law.

 

 


 

8. Authorized Dealer Obligations

Dealers must follow EridePro warranty processes.
Dealers may not charge customers for warranty-covered costs.
Late or incomplete submissions may be denied.
